I'm curious as to why you feel this way. I've been using MMS to build a
great many things without issue. MMS also has /Extended_Syntax (which I
make extensive use of), which still doesn't work right in MMK.

It is present in the V9.1 ISO but is not automatically copied to the new
system disk when it is installed. If I remember right, it is in
SYS$COMMON:[SYSHLP.UNSUPPORTED] on the ISO.
