So others have already pointed out, the VAX hobbyist program is about
as alive as the Norwegian Blue Parrot.

Alternative operating systems you can run are either an old version
of OpenBSD or the current version of NetBSD. In either case, you might
want to do something else while it's generating the SSH server keys. :-)
