So that's "Vice President of GTM Strategy & Revenue Enablement" which
expands to "Vice President of Go To Market Strategy & Revenue
Enablement".

I think that's "Vice President for Sales" in old-fashioned language. 

I have dealt with an IBM department of "Software Enablement", which was
actually about getting ISVs to port their products to AIX.
