[Info-vax] Oracle 10g , IA64 , RAC, Cluster - deploy DB on standalone server

Hi All!
Need help oldboys !

Itanium RX, Oracle 10G, RAC/CRS, OpenVMS 84, UCX ...

There is next situation: ORACLE DB on two-node VMS cluster are up and running.  I made backup of system/user/quorum disks and deploy it on corresponding number of disks on standalone RX.
On new RX is different set of network adapters and other IP-address spaces.
So, when I try to start CRS I see in the:

ORACLE$DEVICE:[oracle_home.crs.log.ZZTop.client]clsc259.log

Do i'm need to performs CRS reconfiguration after restoring the DB on new VMS-system ?
