You need a conversion program.
That is how this particular technology works.

If you want a relational database then use one.
RMS ISAM files work as ISAM files and NoSQL key value stores
do everywhere else.
If it is not the right tool for the job, then use
a different tool.
Today most likely it is not the right tool for the job.
Rdb or MySQL/MariaDB or SQLite are likely to be a better
choice.
