I took a quick look at:
   https://www.islandco.com/hp-parts/hp-integrity-network-options

It seems like the most common netword card speed is 1 Gbit, but
that 10 Gbit cards are available.

I don't see 400 Gbps being possible. Not enough slots in an Itanium
to be able to put enough 10 Gbit cards in to achieve that.
