[Squaredancing] [Arm Wrestling Anyone?]

Dancers:

Have you ever been in a square where there is one dancer who insists on 
having an arm wrestle with you every time you do a movement like Swing Thru or Spin 
the Top, Spin Chain, etc?  You can't just make connection in any of the 
standard (forearm, handsup/down, hand, tap holds) ways without him/her pushing your 
arm back as if to say, "I'm the dominant dancer here, move out of my way."

Why do some dancers feel that they have to manhandle others through the whole 
tip?

Any ideas as to what to do with someone you know is going to be very rough in 
wave-like formation figures?
