It's in a readable format.  Weendoze is just too fucking stupid to read it.

The CD is in a VMS volume format.  Unless something like ODS2 is installed,
I doubt that WEENDOZE will think much of it.

No problem with my Ubuntu Linux.  ODS2 reads it find.  In fact, I not only
read the CD on Linux but I created the image for it on Linux and I was able
to burn it to a new CD for VMS to read on Linux.

WEENDOZE ran Minesweeper while I did that.
