[Info-vax] Vax zip.exe that won't run on a particular computer

Hi,
   I have two Vaxes, the hardware isn't identical, but they're both
running VMS 6.2.   On my machine, the zip.exe works fine.  I kermitted
it to the other machine, made sure that it's file format stayed
correct so that it's runnable.  (Fixed, 512, etc)   When I try to run
it on the other computer I get this error:

%system-f-roprand, reserved operand fault at pc=..... etc
%trace-f-traceback, symbolic stack dump follows
%trace-i-nocalls, no active call frame

  Can I fix the file so that it works, or is it hosed?   Unfortunately
access to this machine is limited to a 2400-baud dialup modem, so it's
hard to get things off the internet over to it.  I can't think of what
causes the very same file to work on my machine but not this other
one.  Ideas?
