Using /IGNORE=NOBACKUP ensures you make a full backup of all files. Yes,
you waste time doing page/swap files, but you also copy files that some
users may have marked as "nobackup".
Most users think of /NOBACKUP on a file as a signal there is no need to
back it up every night. It is not a signal that they are willing to see
the file disapear from their directory without warning when the system
manager needs to replace physical drives or otherwise reorganise the
data on the disks.
