[Info-vax] Mini-Merge bitmaps converted to Mini-Copy bitmaps

Browsing the TUD info from last month I stumbled about a statement

	OpenVMS V8.3 allows Mini-Merge bitmaps to be
	converted to Mini-Copy bitmaps for quick
	recovery from unscheduled site outage

It seems, I need some good reads to bring me back up to date.
I think, I start with KP's presentations.
Can anyone also suggest a faster way ;-)
