I did.  I was disappointed to hear from Gaetan D'Antonio that 8.4 release
is the middle of next year, "prequalified" for the new Itanium processor
that's not out yet.  I thought we were going to get 8.4 sooner and a hardware
patch for the new processor whenever it comes.  I want virtualization.

Much interesting material presented there.  

(I should say, it's now more-or-less the Oracle Products on VMS, since there
was material on Oracle Server as well as Oracle Rdb.  The talk on how porting
Oracle Server works was pretty interesting.)
