I can do it too!  I don't have to like it nor do I consider it a good 
user interface.  I make every effort to use the USB cable to my computer 
to add or update contacts, calendar and anything else that requires text 
entry.

Last week I purchased a Handspring Treo 90 at a yard sale.  It's a PDA, 
no phone.  It has a miniature qwerty keyboard.  It's still difficult to 
enter text.  The "Graffiti Alphabet" was a lot faster and easier than 
the keyboard.  The Treo has a touch screen and is capable of "graffiti" 
but only if additional software is installed to support it.  If I can 
find a copy I'll install it!
