Dial *67 . Or at least, the law says so in Maryland, I don't know
if it's universal.
No matter what is showing for caller ID, the phone company has the
real calling number (in a different data field). *67 after hanging
up makes the phone system save the real calling number for a minimum
of 24 hours, during which it can be fetched by the authorities.
So then call the authorities. Depending on which law was violated
you may have to file the lawsuit against the caller.
