Well, you just hit one of my pet peeves. How do you propose to get
the phone company to prosecute them? They fake their Caller-ID (and
if you ain't 911 you ain't gonna get ANI). They won't ID themselves.
And in most cases they won't even let you talk to their supervisor.
And they all know those laws have no teeth.
