[Info-vax] Reporting spamer links on comp.os.vms to google.

I notice that comp.os.vms has picked up a spammer going by Obaid that is
posting between 1 and 3 spams a day for a web site. The newsgroup
headers state to report this to "X-Complaints-To: groups-abuse at google.com"

If you are using Thunderbird to read the info-vax mailing list or
comp.os.vms newsgroup, it has a feature that can inconvenience such
spammers.

If you right click on the displayed link, it will take you to a page for
reporting phishing where you enter in a captcha and it will submit the
site as a phishing site.

For non-firefox users, and for reporting malware sites, the following
URLs can be used.

http://www.google.com/safebrowsing/report_phish/

http://www.google.com/safebrowsing/report_badware/

Google and Thunderbird state that this information is being shared with
other companies so that attempts to visit the links will either be
flagged or blocked depending on the what software the user has for
browsing or security and if they try to reference the link turned up by
a google search.
