Testing/qualification also depends on what equipment the VMS engineering
team has at their disposal. Remember that the original lab at ZKO no
longer exists, and it is not known if all of the equipment had been
moved from ZKO to the "temporary" HP offices when ZKO closed and if all
of that remaining equipment was moved to India this year (and wether it
was all connected and setup to be usable).
