When I was in VMS Engineering, everyone had to go through their code
looking for Y2K issues, a couple of years befor Y2K itself. Since I was
dealing with drivers at the time, and they really don't care what time it
was, I had little to do. Most of VMS was pretty clean since everything
used either binary time or the VMS standard time format, which always
used 4 digits for the year.
