Phillip,
I have never seen an attribute in one of the Windows or Display
options, neither in the Windows manager nor in individual
applications. So my first responsewas, nope, there's no such bit. But
may be there are configuration scripts for CDE (like the /etc/*conf
files in unix) where this behaviour is controlled?
