Even if much or all of HP UX had been moved to India, it does not say
anything about the future of VMS. It is quite possible that HP is to
focus on hardware and commodity operating systems and perhaps profitable
middleware and let go of its proprietary operating systems.

We don't know what HP wants to be. And that is the problem.
