ME: WHAT KIND IS IT?

RG: About a quarter to seven. :)

Actually, it's an APD. I have great difficulties understanding voice in
loud situations; especially, if that volume is created by other voices.
Places such as bars and restaraunts, and when the kids have TV blaring
so that the neighbors can hear it with the doors and windows closed are
examples.

My hearing and sight are tested yearly for signs of neuropathy because
of ID diabetes. Both are good save that my sight is experiencing normal
age presbyopia, but the eye doctor says my sight is still better than a
great many of my contemporaries. ;)
