[Info-vax] VAXCluster vs. VMSCluster?

But it should have: booting standalone backup from a source drive (disk, 
tape, CD-ROM) and restoring saveset VMS073.B (using $BACKUP /IMAGE) to 
the target drive, then booting from the target drive and completing the 
installation (using the other VMS073.* saveset from the source media) it 
the standard way to install VMS. So somehow, the source media was not 
bootable on the target machine?
