If you ask for "how to configure TCPIP" I have to assume a little
working knowledge of same. Otherwise you (or the OP) wouldn't know it
needs configuring.
Entering $ @TCPIP$CONFIG and answering all questions (every menu on
recent versions has a "configure all" option) will get you a working
system with just the clients and services you need.
If you don't have a working knowledge of TCPIP, then you *have* to read
the fine manual. I'm sorry.
