[Info-vax] Chooser

I have a VAXstation 4000/60 ("PEAR") running DECwindows as its console.

I also have two other VMS machines (a SimH and an RX2600), both of which 
have DECwindows installed but neither of which has graphics capability.

I'd like to take advantage of PEAR's graphics HW (and LK keyboard) to 
access the other two machines.

PEAR is set up as a satellite booting off the SimH.

I set up TCPIP Services on PEAR and enabled/started XDM. Instead of 
getting a chooser, when I start up TCPIP services using TCPIP$CONFIG, I 
get the following errors on the SimH console.
