I have a copy of the Pathworks32 V7.4 for Windows CD (AG-R36UG-BE, Jan 
2004). It includes Powerterm V5.6 from Ericom. I have installed and used 
this version occasionally. It appeared to work ok with SMG, FMS and the 
usual VMS screen editors. Drop me a line if you think you can use this.
