Since VMS has so little mindshare now, I wouldn't expect anyone to
come looking for it.

I was thinking of where somebody has VMS and Unix talent in-house,
building a system with no legacy baggage, they say "Hey, VMS is
actually better than Unix for this, so let's get an IA-64 machine and
go with that."
