I can boot the installation DVD V8.3-1H1 with a USB Blu-Ray device:

The dot in the beginning indicate the load of the memorydisk (-flag x,
200000).
The DNA device goes offline and comes back.
The remastered DVD V8.4 (Original + Remastered) behaves different:
