[Info-vax] SSH is hang up on VMS side

   How much of this matters?  Does it work without the
"define /user_mode sys$output"?  Does any command fail, or
only this script?

   I haven't found a way to reproduce a hang here (with newer
everything), but some old notes suggest adding:
      -o "batchmode yes"
to the "ssh" command.  There's also "-t", which might have
some benefit (or make even more trouble).
