   More like "reasonably modern" than "tab-oriented".
According to my (old) logs, I seem to have created mine
somewhere between [17/Oct/2003:18:28:04 -0500] and
[18/Oct/2003:18:22:07 -0500], which is long enough ago that I
don't remember which (free) icon-editing program I found to
do the job.  Probably something on a Mac, but no bets.

   Speaking of which, HP seems to have changed the colors on
the one they use on the "HP Communities" (forums) site from
black-and-something to light-blue-and-transparent (which is
nearly illegible on a gray background).  (Not the biggest
problem on the site, I claim.)
