Remember command and filename completion on TOPS-20? Fantastic.

I interviewed for the VMS team once. They asked me what I'd want to do
under the radar. I told them I'd want to look into making the CLI more
pluggable. That is, if I want to run DCL, fine. But if I want to run
the MCR interpreter, or bash-for-VMS, it should be trivial. I'd want to
work on making it so. For some reason, they didn't hire me. :-/
