I know this is an old thread, but I've just logged a call using the
web HP Support Center system. 2 problems.

1 is minor, but, to me, telling. When you click on submit, the
message is: "Please wait while we progress your request"
Progress? Did they mean Process?

2: The system is supposed to send an email to you when you
submit and at any update. I've entered this problem and it's
been updated 4 times, and still no email. And, no, it's not
in my Spam folder. This used to work. Now it doesn't.
