   Defining some of the evil DECC$feature logical names might
make UnZip misbehave.

> -PCSI-I-CHGRECFMT, restored record attributes of file to fixed length 512 bytes

   Around here, for example:

IT $ pipe dire /full *.PCSI$COMPRESSED | search sys$input "record
format"
Record format:      Fixed length 512 byte records

So it's not immediately clear how you got any other/wrong
attributes for that file out of UnZip.
