Well, not V7.3, here's what I'm running:

   DIGITAL TCP/IP Services for OpenVMS VAX Version V5.0
   on a VAXstation 4000-90A running OpenVMS V7.2

And Alpha V8.3

   HP TCP/IP Services for OpenVMS Alpha Version V5.6 - ECO 5
   on an AlphaServer 800 5/500 running OpenVMS V8.3

Don't know if Compaq re-labeled VAX/VMS V7.3
