I concur with Bob and Ken.  There are many experts available. Not however, at $15 per hour.  Typical support contracts (at least for me) vary between $50-$150 depending upon the complexity of the software being supported and the work required for the job.  Simple high level applications support with few bugs and simple udpates will lean toward the $50 range.  Complex code written in Macro that requires porting to Itanium rises to the $150 range.

Given the info posted thus far, you are probably looking in the $50-$75 range depending upon the complexity.
