This time, _you_ are the one who gets to run the HP support maze. :-)

Unfortunately, that's normal. Add either a :-) or :-( depending on
your frame of mind.

They have also screwed up my access as well:

|Current Patch Access: HP Customer
|You have access to the following patches based on one or more support agreements in your profile.
|
|Platform Description Patch access
|HP-UX Patches, patch bundles, standard depots, patch analysis for the HP-UX operating system No Requires contract
|Tru64 UNIX SPRs and update kits for the Tru64 operating system No Requires contract
|OpenVMS Patches for the OpenVMS operating system No Requires contract
|Other platforms Patches for Linux, Windows and other operating systems Yes

Clicking on the contract link confirms that all my linked VMS support
agreements are listed and valid through to 31-Dec-2013.

I wonder if all VMS customers have had their patch access turned off ?

(With myself confirming this, that makes 3 out 3 customers confirmed as
experiencing this problem.)

After this week, I'm away for a couple of weeks so I don't want to start
a support call and have to give it to someone else to have to handle.
If it's still a issue after this, I will also log a call, but in the
meantime feel free to tell HP this VMS customer also has the issue.

Simon.
