Continued access to all the fixes developed before, in case you run into
a problem for the first time. Continued access to symptom/solution
databases and technical articles. Continued access to OpenVMS technical
experts via telephone / chat / e-mail for assistance with problems. This
might include development of workarounds when there are no more fixes
available. It could also include help with performance issues. It
includes on-site support if necessary in extreme / critical cases by
folks such as myself and other members of my team.
Note that this would start no earlier than 2021 (for OpenVMS 8.4 on
Integrity). The OpenVMS Software Support Chart at
http://h71000.www7.hp.com/openvms/openvms_supportchart.html has the details.
