Speaking as one of those who offered to host decuserve.org, I do have some h/w capable of running VMS that I could set up at one of the datacenters, but that wouldn’t have all the content to be found on EISNER.

If the goal is just to have a public use VMS system, sure, I can get it done (is there a need for that, or is there enough of that out there?), but I was offering to help bringing EISNER back online.
