Yes, imgexp + bash can't handle all these, you need more information
than is in the shareable image (or in the objects, which you want to
link against the shareable image).

The header files may help. But you need some info from the compiler,
regarding about how the global symbols were generated and how the
shortening is done (or is there a compiler switch which will list you
both names?)
