RTFM: OpenVMS I/O Users Guide! ;)

It doesn't bother me too much save for when I have to populate the structures
with C. cc$rms_Tab? Save for filling in the Tab$b_bid with a Tab$C_BID and
the Tab$b_bln with Tab$C_BLN, it's pretty useless. Lack of a competent macro
capability in C further limits simplifying the RMS stuff that's cake in Macro
or Bliss.
