Spawn of Satan or not, Windows is slowly morphing itself to try and be all things to all people.

The new MS CEO is certainly changing how MS behave, sure, it's the same old MS in some areas but in others they are actually trying to provide some good stuff

They, like everyone else are trying to move to a service pays model instead of a product based model, along the way they will be ahead of the curve and in others behind it.

Gone are the days were you tarnish an entire company based on pure past experiences (although I still have trust issues with oracle personally)

I'm no MS advocate but I do recognise the effort they have placed in trying to change

Had HP or even Digital embraced the same desire to change we would not be nursing a near dead VMS that we have to try and revive today
