[Info-vax] Main cabinet fault indicator on an MSA1000

We did a full powerdown on the site today; it was needed for other purposes (UPS needed maintenance and testing).

After restart it looks like everything is running exactly the same as before.  The MSA chassis fault light is back on.  The fans, power supplies, switches, and controllers all show good, as do all the disks.

The only error visible to the CLI is about missing cache battery (they're actually dead, not missing).  The onsite is sending me any different messages showing on the controller panels but he said he only saw the cache battery error earlier, so if that will make the chassis failure light come on, it may be the problem.

Fingers crossed.  At least everything came up and is running fine, and the UPS glitches seem to have been corrected.
