no it isn't.

nope.

it only needs to do better than humans in most situations to reduce
collisions, injuries and fatalities.

there will always be edge cases, and over time, those will be handled
too.

we currently allow 16 year olds to *learn* how to drive on public
roads, who have little to no experience in driving and make all sorts
of mistakes.
