Yes.

And the "while back" was in 1991 (27 years ago).

But I remember it too.

The company has changed names a few times:

Executive Software International -> Diskeeper Corporation -> Condusiv 
Technologies

RAXCO and PerfectDisk was a competitor and was not involved in
this.
