[Info-vax] VMS support is being transferred from HPE to VSI

So, the reality that without VSI, there is no support for the OS they are using, 
because HPE isn't going to provide any, isn't important.

The perception that HPE is a big company and one safe to do business with, even 
though it cannot and will not provide what it's contracted to do, is important.

No wonder this planet is so fucked up ....

You just comb through any contracts, and there will be some weasel words 
somewhere, saying "best effort" and "money back" and such which HPE will be able 
to use as an out, should they be tasked to actually perform anything.  But, they 
sure will cash the checks, as long as they don't have to do anything for the money.

No wonder this planet ....  oh, what's the use ...
