Now, we all know I don't get out much.  I'm unaware of any "large company" which 
failed to provide contracted support, and that had then had their assets seized.

So, tell me, where has this ever happened?

Now, there may have been deals worked out, but I doubt the entity that was 
harmed actually recovered all their loses.

And I'm sure there might be a case that dragged out in court until the plaintiff 
gave up or ran out of money for lawyers.

So, you got any examples?
