Ayep!  Definitely weasels.

Spin off a company with all the unwanted people, making sure the original 
company has no future obligations, then let the shit hit the fan.  Massive 
layoffs, but don't blame HP, it is HPE that is blamed.  Makes one sorry to be a 
capitalist.
