    Ritchie didn't write it on the VAX. This openVMS is the VMS Dave Cutler 
wrote I am assuming for the VAX. IDK if RSX-11M was for the VAX or not but 
it was designed by Cutler. I am pretty sure C was first on the PDP-11, a PDP 
anyway.
