Define "correct keyboard". I last used a DEC keyboard over 15 years ago
but use the EDT keypad layout on a daily basis. Works just fine for me.

I'm not sure but I think Jan-Erik may be referring to the attitude of
"it's always been that way in the past, so there's no reason why it
can't be that way in the future." Those are the people who refuse to
adapt (or are incapable of adapting) to a new way of doing things
even with the changes going on around them.

If I couldn't use the EDT keypad in the future for some reason, I would
just learn new keystrokes, but some people don't seem to be even able
to adapt to slightly different keyboard layouts.

What makes you think they have "real" CPUs ? :-)

A good number of people appear to be using emulated VAX or Alpha
systems running on x86 hardware.

Get a decent keyboard. :-) There are some good PC keyboards out there.
