I think DCPS is falling further behind with the printers it supports. I get away with configuring the queue to send the file to an lpd service running on the printer and choose a printer type that appears close enough to work. The 'native' IP (port 9000) drivers for HP printers depends on particular behaviors WRT to ctrl-D for synchronization that modern models just ignore.
Any suggestions for the best DCPS match for an HPM281 color laser printer?
