That app gets installed as a part of installing Charon. It tells all the things you mentioned, and more.

Here are some of the fields from a key I have here.

This key expired in October of last year:

  License expiration date: 10-Oct-2018

This key supports up to version 4.8:

  Major Version: 4
  Minor Version: 8

Keys with time limits instead of date limits also have a field with the remaining time. I don't have one of them here, so I don't have an example for you.

The "spare key" mentioned in another post is limited both by time (360 hours) and by date (the primary key's support expiration date). So, it's a "whichever comes first" sort of key.

This app could be teased out of the Charon installation kit, but I don't have the privileges to do that.
